Gratitude Lists and Blessing Lists

i start every day off by listing five things I am grateful for, and five ways I am blessed. It puts me in the right frame of mind. It seems to me no matter what I am going through doing this centres me and provides a respite from all the troubles I may be experiencing. It's also a great way to put a smile on my face. So without any further ado:

Five Things I'm Grateful For
1. First responders that are fighting fires in my province
2. Every day people that are lending a hand to each other
3. The Illuminati which has given me a new way to grow and help the world
4. My family - it keeps growing. I met the newest member of our clan the other night
5. Seasons because I know everything changes

Five Way in Which I'm Blessed
1. My resourcefulness. I am never alone as I only need to reach out
2. I'm blessed with a stubborn determination. I always get up
3. Living in Canada and in my beautiful province of BC. So much nature and diversity
4. I'm blessed by getting older. It's changed me for the better
5. I have a rich spirituality. If it's of Light and Love, it's good and I use that path to grow

Im going to try this, too.

Five Things I'm Grateful For
1. Wonderful family.
2. I can continue with my studies.
3. Have everything I need and more.
4. Can be useful to others and help them in
every way possible.
5. Good health.

Five Way in Which I'm Blessed
1. Healthy food and husband is
a great chef.
2. Good luck
3. Being alive
4. Safe environment - no earthquakes,
hurricanes or such.
5. Peaceful community.
