4. Find the things that make you feel alive and conscious.

Excellent the Great Admin I love this lesson is accurate.
For one to Achieve Spiritual upliftment the person must maintained the 5 points mentioned by the Admin,and stay away from commuting atrocities,this way the person must achieved Spiritual Upliftment
